Well, here it is, Week 2, and it looks like some of us are already struggling again. I know everyone in my house is.
Way to go Angie! Keep up the great work. I know its hard for you to not eat bread but I should take a lesson from you and cut out a favorite food.
Mike and Lisa - I heard a dirty rumor that you guys keep CHIPS in the house! There is absolutely no nutritional value to chips. If you must have them, buy the 100 cal packs of chips so you can have a taste. You said you need to work more and eat less. You are absolutely right - it is that simple.
Aunt Ann and Uncle Bob - I think you are traveling for the boy scouts into August but I expect to hear from you more regularly then.
John, Paula, Chris, and Katie - Lets get our acts together! No more Chinese food, ice cream, chips, take out, or convenience food in general!! We need to work more and eat less too. We've done it before and we can do it again. Lets show everyone how the Martins lose weight!!
