I am on the hairy edge of weighing 300 lbs again. I was down to 250 in November. I need to do this better than I have been for the last 6 months. I actually miss having weight loss on my mind. I need to be better to myself.
I wish I knew the best way to motivate myself. Please comment about the ways that all of you motivate yourselves. I could use some ideas!
