Lets count our steps to a healthy heart.......so how...not only good nutrition...but lets count our steps.....get a perdometer and count your daily steps ...then once you start and see the steps you do in one day....try to beat your own steps the next day...it can be fun...lets walk our way to a healthy heart...not only is it good for us...it can be fun..and then we can post it here to see how many steps we walk in a week....Are you up for the challenge ????Love you when I want to walk for a healthy heart....
