Happy 2010 to all my friends and family...what a ride we have had for the last two months....shopping shopping and preparing delicious foods...and visiting friends and family....and lots of delicious foods...and friends and family visiting us....and lots of delicious food....and ....I could go on forever...but what a wonderful holiday season...Thank you to all of you that helped me celebrate....now for the next paragraph...

A month or so ago , Jess asked me to pick a number to focus on...well my number was 177...and ...here I am at 186.....guess I didn't focus well enough...but...

Lets not focus on what was, or what was supposed to happen...lets move forward...together.....we did it before ...we can do it again...Lets get down the pounds and work toward a more healthier me and you !!....you are not alone and a lot of people jump on the wagon for the new year....lets not only enjoy the journey ...lets finish it to the end and become winners of the race...

Not making much sense here...but please add your thoughts of the last few months and also what you expect to do in the future months ahead...
