Another source for information and motivation


Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share a few items that get me refocused and motivated.
First off my sister is a personal trainer w/ her own gym and is very knowlegable about losing fat and building strength. She is a no Bull$hit kind of girl so if you are going to contact her for help or w/ questions remember she is a NO EXCUSE kind of trainer. Some of us need that and I know I do. So feel free to check out her blog it is full of information and tips. She is also on Facebook under Danielle Donovan. I did post her website at the top but if you can't see it let me know.
Also I wanted to tell you about the new OFF THE COUCH magazine that is on newstands now. I have been reading it and reading it for days. It is packed full of inspiration and motivation. If people can lose 339 lbs why do I struggle to lose 50? Check out the magazine and get motivated.
I hope everyone has a good week and finds the strength they need to lose good numbers this week. I know I am going to push again today. Just praying I can keep it up all week
