Week 3 Results

As an overall team we have lost 57 lbs since the start of round three, which is great for all of us. Last week we lost just under 15 lbs. Many of you are doing fantastic. Many of us are not, that includes me, I'm such a loser.

Ok, roll call:

Bart: Hey hey Mr. Porkchop, hey hey Mr. Slim.... keep running and walking... and you'll continue to win.

Wonder Twins: WOWOWOWOWOW... you guys rule. You have lost 21 lbs and almost 5% since we started. That is incredible! I'm so proud of you. I hope you will inspire me.

Jess & Serge: Holy Moly!!! You guys are on fire. It is great that Serge is bringing his lunch and that you are resisting the vending machine. I wish I could do as well.

Mike & Lisa: LISA!!!! Come on... Mike lost 4 lbs this week. Don't hate me... I only call you out because I care. Michael can TASTE that less than 200. Help him out!

Fran: You still lost .4 lbs, which is more than I can say for myself. Slow and steady wins the race. Maybe when you watch So You Think You can Dance you can get yourself motivated to MOVE IT, MOVE IT!

Ebony & Ivory: Side by side on my piano, losing steadily... look, it was only a pound, but it was better than last week.

Mom & Dad: Well Ma, you are out of excuses. Dad may have his "bone spurs" but you can go to the gym and you have a membership and Katie goes everyday. What are you waiting for, a personal invitation?

Katie: I'm so sorry that I am such a loser. I went to the gym tonight and I will go tomorrow. I need to be better. I'm really struggling with eating and living healthy. Thank you for sticking with it in spite of my bad influence.

Angie: You are not at your challenge low, but you are not at your high either. Go to the Doctor and talk about your leg, I bet if you had something done you'd feel better and it would be easier. But, either way, you have done better and I know you can do it. It has to be so hard being married to the skinny default dude. We're here to help.

Yvette: You have 6.6 lbs to go to get back to your low. If you do .5 lbs a week then you'll be there half way through the challenge. Hey, you went through a lot and so it is understandable. Do not be discouraged about a week when you don't lose, because any week you do not gain is a win in my book.

Ann & Bob, Tom & Tracy: Since you didn't report in, I got nuthin'

Team Oreo: Look dude, this is serious business. I am questioning your standing as men. That's right, I said it. You're gonna let these OLD CHICKS beat you? (Sorry I called you old everyone, but I am trying to motivate them!)

Team Friends: SEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHEPARD'S PIE IS NOT THE ANSWER. You lost 20 lbs and then gave up three. YOU STOPPED TRYING. Listen, this is not easy, it is about making a decision to not DIE EARLY. I know it is tough talk, but that is what Katie and I decided, we want to live. Ask yourself, is the food worth the price. You gained 3 lbs this week, you know you can do better. This is NOT A DIET, you are trying to change your life. Do this for me, when you are hungry, stand in front a mirror and strip, if you still want to eat, go ahead. Please don't be mad, but you guys really can change your entire life and I want you to do that. Inspire us!!!
