Amy, Gwen and I took photos at the start of week 1...I am looking forward to seeing the weight melt away! Call me confident!
I know that the updates MOVE me even if it is in the wrong direction...I just need to see the progress....PLEASE dont delay....we really do appreciate all that you do for us oh fearless leader....hee hee hee...and you are traveling again this week....anyone have any suggestions for someone who is on the road a lot....it could help to keep Chris on the strait and narrow....instead of the long and winding road...
