I think this last round was a difficult one for most of us...I know it was for me. I lost my desire, my will power and my strength. But after watching "The Biggest Loser" last night, I think I'm headed in the right direction. I did a work out while watching, and I'm actually a little sore this morning, which feels good. I haven't felt that "good pain" in a long time! So if anyone is struggling, watch "The Biggest Loser" on Tuesday nights. It might be the inspiration you need!
I have just picked my jaw off my desk. Katie, words cannot describe how great you look. I am so proud of you. You have accomplished what most people just don't have the power to do. You are amazing! So inspiring to all of us.
