I just wanted to let everyone know I had a great time last night on our walk through Westville lake and the Heritage Trail. A total of 8 people showed up for the walk and it made it one of the best walks yet. It is nice to work together as a team even if we are not partners. The fact of the matter is that we are all working together towards a common goal of weight loss. The more support we have behind us the more successful we will be. I hope to do it again soon.

I had a great time too! It was wonderful to meet all of our new challengers. They will certainly be giving us seasoned members a run for our money!
