I am sure that many of you have been to a country fair of some sort....yes there are good choices to be made...but when at the fair....well you know how it goes.....we went to the fair and I must confess ...for the start of week two...I did not FAIR so well.....I started out with....anticipation for ....RAYS french fries made with 100% Vegetable oil...large not small...with a diet coke...and a small "Paula Red Apple " good choice....and a bite of someones wont mention who....Turtle.....it was to die for ...creamy carmel..yummy....and then fudge....two kinds..raspberry vanilla and peanut butter choc.....we shared....but did not buy some to take home...and on the way out ...a Ben and Jerry's Vanilla Ice cream...hee hee..and a diet coke...not good choices in my book...but not as bad as I have been in the past.....didn't take anything home for later and that is new....for me anyway....

Sorry to hear you made bad choices this week. I decided not to go to any fairs so I wouldnt be tempted. I hope you can go forward and make better choices for the rest of the week.
