
Wow. I have really not been doing well. Chinese food twice. Split pea soup in a bread bowl. Chicken salad sandwich. So, what can I do? How do I get back on track? What inspiration do I need? What do you need? They are probably the same.
So here's the thought:
"Think of yourself as a toy train. All toy trains de-rail now and then. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on track."
