
This week I believe I will have a good week. Although, today I had a steak for lunch at Ruby Tuesdays, I skipped the mashed potatos and substituted a salad with balsamic vinegrette, but I had the brocolli. In total my meal was 359+35+103+50 calories which is 547, BUT, I had a visiting vendor from China and did not want to be rude and get the salad bar. If you look at the menu, you can see it could have been MUCH worse, and I only had 75 calories for breakfast, so it is 7:15 PM and I've only had 622 calories today. I can't wait for dinner! Now, I am so exhausted... two things happened today.... First, I had to count inventory, a lot of inventory, tiny pieces of wood, long pieces of wood, plastic, metal, glass... unstacking huge pallets full of hundreds of pieces of molding that all look the same, but are 1/16th of an inch shorter or longer. It was, to say the least, horrible. Then, I took Katie's car to work today, and one of the shop guys comes in and says "who's red card is that?" and of course it was mine. He says, "y'all d'un git yer'elf a flat tie-ah." Wonderful. So I had to put on the spare. I'm still at work, and we're waiting for the controller to enter the count. Fun Fun.

can you believe if you eat the smokehouse burger or the chicken parmesan pasta, that they are 1300+ calories?!?! Thats almost all your calories for the whole day!
There's an awesome book out called "Eat This, Not That" and it has all different restaurants and what you should be ordering and what you should definitely stay away from. It lists calories and fat content...like the blooming onion at Outback Steakhouse has over 3000 calories and 300 grams of fat (ouch).
Sorry if this seems like a random post from me. But I really have been kind of a silent support for all of you. I read this everyday and feel your struggles. You're all an inspiration to do better at whatever we need to be working on. Keep up your hard work, you're in my prayers!

I am sorry I didn't make the chat room last night but when I walked in the door the kitchen was a mess, I was hungry.I didn't eat anything at the jewelry show. Diet soda was it. Food was awesome in CALORIES! So I made a good supper with chicken, cleaned up and went to bed. Hope to make it to the next chat session. By the way, how is Bart's little diet coming along?
