Now, I am not by any stretch of the imagination, a morning person but I love the notion of a new morning. It's the promise of a new beginning, a chance to shake off the fog and improve yourself. Whether you're trying to eat healthier, advance at work, learn something new, or just make it all the way around the block when you go for a walk - it's a chance to try again, harder and with a renewed will.
In that spirit, Chris and I would like to have a standing live chat here on the blog with anyone and EVERYONE who's interested Friday nights at 8pm! For those not keeping track, that's tonight!! It's our chance to talk with each other about our victories and our setbacks and encourage each other to take advantage of each new day and oppurtunity.
