Well girls & guys, I hope I have finally found a way to get with the challenge. Don't ask me how, but since I last attended my weight loss club, I have succeeded in losing 8 lbs. Just the little things water, more exercise, less food, no eating after 7;30. So I hope to keep it going, they have opened a senior citizen gym in Springfield, so I go there twice a week, that's the plan and trying to get Uncle Bob to go too. The senior center we joined also has exercise class Monday and Fridays. So all good stuff, not just to keep going as best I can.
