GET IT TOGETHER

Yes I have been in a funk too. It seems so unfair if I can't eat what I want, but that is what got me to where I am. I did have a loss this week, but still can't get back in the good habit of e-mailing it in. Bob still has goodies in the house, but I do my best not to eat them, I buy Ice cream with nuts, I definitely will not eat that.

I sounded off at my last weight meeting, for a number of reasons, because a lot of them consider it a social club, and that is not why we are there. Some people were made at me because I told the truth. I myself don't want to take the time not only to plan , but write down what it was I ate and how many calories it just put in my mouth. Just lazy, Lord knows I have the time, since I no longer work, but still am busier that I would like.

There is good news though, they have opened a fitness facility for senior citizens here in Springfield, no pool, but low impact aerobics, and plenty of machines. Uncle Bob will go too, I insist and he says okay. There is a charge of $1.00 a day or $10.00 a month, we can afford that.
We cannot start until we have the medical okay to go there, once we get it Uncle Bob better watch out, I will put both us on a schedule. Also for me the senior center I go to has started a weight loss group on Monday and Friday, we do not weight in but chat a little and then do a 30 minute workout with a video tape, there are only 6 - 8 of us, so it is nice. My girlfriend Madeline and I go.

That is it for me, except I got to do it and keep trying as best I can. I went through clothes and gave away a lot, and just saved a few of those I am determined to wear some day.

Love and the best to all, time to get moving, walking, running etc. Casey and I walked 3 miles yesterday.
