I Pledge that I will TRY to eat healthier, to try to get my family and myself healthier. To eat more fruits, veggies and salads. To exercise more and to TRY to follow this guideline:

Exercise: at least 20 min. a day

Red Meat: once a month (this means only steak, Hamburg or Roast not all of them)

Fish: More of it (this does not mean fried or shelled fish)

Fruits: At Least 2 a day

Veggies: At Least 2 a day

Starch: less of it (try to have a veggie instead of Starch)

Chicken and Pork: (more of it without skin or fat)

Snacks: Healthier (also limit my self to 1 bag of chips a month)

And last but not least:

I WILL NOT EAT THE SKIN OR FAT OFF OF A HAM, PORK, CHICKEN OR BEEF

I know I have not been for awhile but I did not give up.. I just been busy.. Well I started lose again slowly but Its not just about losing for me its about changing habits and getting healthier. So I thought of this and typed it out,printed it, signed and hung it on my cabinet door. I read it everyday and made myself a check off list and an exercise chart. It seems to be helping. I hope you are all trying to get healthier and not just skinny. Love you all. I will try to get on more often..
