Goal ..... what is yours for this week ???

Lets get some dialog going here.....What is YOUR goal for this week.....is it Walking....is it More Water.....is it Less Sweets.....is it Keeping a Journal or Food Diary.....is it Cardio....or Weight Training.....it can be as easy as ....Posting....as for me....hmmmmm...lets see....My goal this week is to walk or workout at LEAST 10000 steps a day...it can be done....can I do it..? .....YES I CAN !!!! How about you ????
