Vegetables .....love em....or ...hate em.....well this is my plan.....I plan to add more
veggies in my diet....raw ....steamed....canned....how ever I can get them in.....less calories than chips....and...if you are really hungry ...you will eat
vegetables....if you wont..then you are NOT hungry....you are just craving......think before you eat....do I really want this ??? Do I want the added pounds...yes I am doing great this week...but ...can I do better ???
Unfortunately it is all about choices...
Do I want to be healthy ....?
Do I like not being winded....?
My favorite ... Do I want to be able to zip up my jeans without having to jump around like a kangaroo ???Love you when Veggies are my food of choice for this week ,
