So what a great job we all did.....and that is the direction that we should all be going.....I looked back at my year in review and at first ...I was disappointed...but then I thought to myself.....hhhmmm....where would I be if I hadn't been in the challenge......???.....of course ....some of the weight came back on...but the last three weeks....I have been paying a lot of attention to what I am eating and the choices that I make...and it is paying off at the scale....

Down...down...down. So has my waistline...started at 42 inches and now I am at 36.....my wedding waist size....Amazing!
