I had a salad for lunch today which was ok. It was the same salad that I had been having for a long time. I have been eating Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones at lunch time but today I decided to have a salad. Guess what. When I would eat a Lean Cuisine or Smart One I would be starving for the rest of the day and I'd want candy and pretzels, etc. The salad (antipasto) was so large and so good that I am not hungry at all.
This is a problem. If my old lunch was 250 to 400 calories and it left me VERY hungry and this lunch doesn't, then that must mean that it is WAY WAY WAY WAY more calories than the lean cuisines. So I am sad because it means I pigged out.
How did I get to the point where I feel guilty about a salad?

Cause always watching and thinking about what you eat really makes u crazy!
Don't ever feel guilty about eating salad! Antipasto has much more protein than an Smartones, which WOULD keep you feeling full longer...
