Week 8 Results



Hi all. Katie and I didn't have a very good week. I don't know what we need to be good dieters. This is just not easy. Friends and Oreo!!!! Hey? You still in this? You didn't report in!

Everyone try to have a good week. I am off to a bad start but I am definately going to the gym tomorrow - I will feel better. Good luck all!

Not such a good week except for a few. What can we do to get back on track? We need to dig deep and pull out whatever motivated us a year ago....Or a month ago, whatever the case. Take little steps towards your goal, if it's too overwhelming to do everything at once.

I haven't been able to do much for exercise because I hurt my back, so right now my focus is on what I eat. Am I eating healthy every day? No, I have my moments, so for now, I'm doing my best to limit myself to 2 small cheats a week. After all, I'm only cheating myself! So even if I only lose .2 lbs a week, it'll still be an accomplishment. I've added some arm and chest exercises this week, and hopefully in a week or so, I'll be able to work my lower body also. I know I'll be at square one, but that's okay....I'll work my way up. I did it once, so I know I can do it again....think positive!!

So let's all take that first baby step to get us back on track! We owe it to ourselves!
