Stressed out and sick!


I am so stressed out and fighting a cold big time. I dont think I have the swin flu though so no worries there! Anyone have a magic peace of mind pill I can take?? STRESS MAKES ME WANT TO EAT BAD CRAP! AUGGGGG!

When I'm stressed I ALWAYS want to eat. It's horrible. Try a warm cup of tea, a good book, a hot bath, or getting extra sleep. I also find that I stress when I have a project to do and it's hanging over my head and the best stress fighter is to just do it. I love to procrastinate but it just makes it worse. Dig in and get it off your plate. Hope this helps!
