It is that time of year again......Chris and Katie are kinda under the weather...Katie has a Dr's. appointment tomorrow and Chris is just too busy this week with meetings to get there too....so ....updates will be as soon as possible....God willing.....hope you all did well....I lost 1/2 of a pound but down is down....so Chris , Katie, be nice, take care of each other...it isn't fun being sick....so be nice...
