YUMMY YUMMY, Dinner tonight!




I am having the most yummiest dinner this evening, Pan Fried Perch, cooked with Pam over Italian style green beans with tomatoes!






  • 1 bag of frozen of Green Beens


  • 2 Can of stewed tomatoes


  • 1 tablespoon of each: Garlic powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Onion Powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Italian Seasoning


  • Salt and Peper to Taste


  • 16oz. of frozen Perch ; about 4 filetts (I got it at Big Bunny's in the seafood freezer area)


Cook green beans tomatoes and seasoning in microwave for 5 mins (thaw green beans before cooking)

You can add a little Parm cheese on top if you are living on the edge (for a low cal sin!)



Pan fry fish with sprayed frying pan with Pam until done, place 4oz (4 appx. pieces of cooked fish) over 1 cup of green beans and tomatoes, ( with lemon is desired)and serve. If youlove fish and veggies, this is YUMMMMY and FILLING!!!
