You Got to Move it Move it !!!!!

Hello and Happy Sunday....I just got off of the WII and I am beat....John and Chris are gone to get Subway for lunch , then I have Godspell rehersal....took mom to the Flea Market this morning and went to church...CVS on the way home and posting before I scoot out once again...SO DONT TELL ME THAT YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE.... you just got to move it move...so even if you dont do all that well...it will get better in time.....come on and MOVE IT MOVE IT with us......hehehehehee...can you tell who is who in the picture above....scarey isnt it
