Gregg , we are all here for the same reason, to get healthy, so enjoy reading and posting and doing all that you can to stay focused . I love this place , it really is fun. I cant believe we are in week 18 , or something like that.. I stopped going to the vending machine. The only thing that I allow myself to buy is Caf. free diet coke and I make sure that I bring an apple and an orange with me to work., if I am truly hungry I will eat those first.
Love you when you need to bring your tools with you so you can stay on your plan.
