Chris , tough love and words of wisdom from a daily motivational . You need to take control of you. Yes your environment has changed and things are not easy but if you really want to succeed it is all up to you....not to mention a little help from your family and friends.....but the power to lose weight starts right there,....inside of you......I know that I want to be healthy and feel better about myself....yes...it isn't easy...it is HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT.....
