Welcome to our new members and our old members as well. Happy to be soon, New Year, and a New Begining....I tried to post a picture of me two years ago but it didnt happen so I will get Chris to help me tonight.....I have come a long way in a short time....but I must say that I feel so much better....dont get discouraged just "Keep on Keepin on" and the pounds will come off...we are all friends here and its great to share ideas and feelings....I love it and I love you all too !! Once again Happy New Year , just in case I dont get back here before then..Love you when the New Year is just around the corner,

I want my Mike to join. He is doing so good on his own. He has lost over 45 pound this past year and now he is using the WII fit too. I am so proud he is doing what the doctor told him to do. Now if he would give up the cigarrets I would be very happy. Maybe this year....

Not long ago, I have thought about something like that, but I did not realize you are so deep, it seems that I need to continuously strengthen the learning!
Although there are differences in content, but I still want you to establish Links, I do not know how you advice!
