
This is not my news years resolution.....I didnt join a gym....but....Chris bought John this really nice treadmill....and I can hook up my IPod to it also to get the groove on.....and try to walk a few times a week....1/2 hour burns about 200 calories and distance is about 1 mile plus a little more depending on speed and incline....I walk last night...could have done more...but slow and steady wins the race and I dont want to burn myself out so that I wont do it again...too much of anything is too much...this morning my butt hurt and I was thinking..."What the heck did I do ? did I lift something ?" then I remembered ahhh yes ...the treadmil...so it must be working....
Love you when the butt muscles are saying HELLO !!

We got the WII for a family gift and the WII fit. The first time I used it I was surprised it looked too easy. WRONG. If you do it right and keep your balance the next morning you have these strange little feelings in your muscle. I am on day 6 with my machine, I do use it everyday for 30 minutes. I have notice a difference in my ability to stretch and my balance is better. Keep it up Katie and walk those cheeky muscle but careful about painful muscles.

It appears the level of my language is the need to improve, because some things I can not understand, but I still firmly believe that here is a very good article!
