Which of the following have the most calories per ounce?

Nope, not even close, Butter and Chocolate are the worst offenders and Scotch is third from the bottom. This is why it is vitally important to know what you are eating. Low Calories, Low Fat, Low Carbs and a Low Glycemic Index are the best foods to maximize your weight loss!

We should go for a good diet program to make us fit. weight loss diet is a great diet plan to go for all.
