So here is a confession.....we went out to lunch.....need to do damage control....of course its great to go out to eat...and .... " I,m Just a Girl Who Cant Say No " ..... had soup and a plate of food from the buffet......tea .... and a fortune cookie....pinapple and boneless ribs...a taste or two....will have a really healthy salad for supper with a cup of tea.....it will be okay....could have done a lot worst.
Love you guys when sometimes you just gotta....worst part is ....the lunch took place of the walk so need to do this when I get home....
