So we had a huge meal, drank and basically ignored our diet. Why am I torturing you with this? Because, I feel guilty. I pigged out and I hurt my week. What I am hoping is that we will still lose weight this week and if we do then th

I am not saying to go out and pig out on meat, or eat a decadent meal, what I am saying is that one meal or one thing is never the cause. It's not one glass of wine. It is not that last ice cream sandwich. How much you gain or lose in a given week is based upon the sum total of your behaviors in that week. This includes that extra glass of wine, or laying on the couch instead of taking a walk, but it also includes the light lunch, leaving off the mayo and using mustard instead and that extra walk up the stairs. I have a strong feeling that this week will be better for all of us. Only one more day until weigh in, make sure it is a good one. Remember, no eating after 8:00 PM on Saturdays.
