Happy Thanksgiving to all. my family, my friends , and even friends that I yet
have a chance to meet. We should all take a moment sometime today to really
think and reflect how very blessed we are. Yes we have a problems and situations that we have no control over, control, that is a very powerful word , isn't it, but just for one day.....lets really open our eyes and SEE all of the good things that we have, and I don't mean, money and things...I mean look into the faces of the people who LOVE you, who love being around you, even if it is just for today. Life gets in the way of our happiness, unless we walk this journey 
with our eyes open and our hearts ready to feel the love that is around us. I find comfort in the small things in life, a child's laugh, a sparkling smile, a hot cup of tea, a hug from a friend, a thought shared, a small gesture of help, and most of all, support when needed from all of you.
Together we will be healthy in 2009....go team....250 lbs in 12 weeks, we are doing great.

Very nice Lula...you made me cry!We do have alot to be thankful for. I feel truly blessed to have a loving family and so many loving friends. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
