
A little more exercise, a lot more portion control, a lot more food choice, and not to mention Food Journal...I only wrote down what I ate for one day out of seven...the other six , I was just too busy.....lots of celebrating and having fun....but wait until next week...added hula hoop to the daily exercies...this will tighten my waist line......
Love you guys when you have beat us once again...but slow and steady will prevail

Next week will be better!. You're still doing great. Did you know that you are only 6 pounds away from hitting your 10% mark?!?! That is fantastic!
