With all of this talk of exercise, I am getting tired. I believe we should add exercise to our tracking, it will be very effective. I do not know what the mechanics should be, but I like the idea of picking a distance and tracking our progress. Maybe we can do it in steps, or minutes, or something, who knows. (Stupid Dominos oven-baked sandwiches commerical just distracted me.) Anyway, I have not yet hit a plateau, but exercising is good. I think we should do it in minutes, walking, running, a workout video, lifting, could all count towards our exercise time. Whoever has the most time in a week is the winner. We'll go ahead and make this an individual contest, so we'll have one extra result chart with everyone on it. And it'll be minutes exercised for the week and for the contest. What does everyone think?
