I did this for years now...a food journal...just in case I have a bad week I can look back and say oh yeah..that is right....I ate this on this day....Our minds have a good way of playing games with us and we can eat something and totally forget that we did , and then wonder why we are up a pound or two.
I went on a mini vacation this week with my three sisters....I didnt write in my book for two days...and yesterday I opened it up and said to myself ...oh oh...that is going to mean trouble...so now I need to do damage control for the next 4 (now 3) days....but guys ...I am loving the journey with you . It really has been fun...and we are half way to our 6 month Challenge....I just dont want it to end....it hasnt only helped us to become healthy it has kept us in contact with each other and more.
