Aunt Ann

Team,

Aunt Ann needs help... she was up 1/2 a pound this week. That by itself is not so bad, but she seems discouraged. Let's give her some words of encouragement, and those who can, call her and let her know we are here for her.

Don't give up Aunt Ann!!! Count Calories! Pick your limit! (MAKE BOB JOIN!!!!)

Ann, I don't know you but I don't want you to give up! We will all have our turn gaining a little. Today is a new day, and it's a new week! Here are a few things that help me.
1. No eating after 8:00 PM
2. Jog in place or do jumping jacks during commercial while watching TV.
3. Get a pedometer that measures ont only # of steps, but # of calories burned.
4. Log everything you eat. Sometimes the little nibbles can add up to alot of calories.
5. If you feel you really need a snack at night, have radishes or celery or cukumbers.

Do whatever you can, but don't give up!!!!

Hi Ann
After everything you have been through don't let a .5 on the scale bug you. I had to look at a scale that was stuck. I only lose .5 or or so a week and that is after being perfect dieting week. It will move ( the scale) if you just keep trying. As Yvette said don't give up!

Aunt Ann... Make sure to pee before weighing..(Ha-HA).. No seriously dont give up... Like Chris said the other day we all are going to have our bad day so you got your out of the way for a while thats all.. You can do it we are all here for you.. If I am feeling hungry or want a snack I have a peanut butter south beach diet granola bar.. try them you might like them..
