Ultimate Snack Satisfaction

I cannot believe that I have discovered the absolute ultimate snack.

First you air pop popcorn... it has super low calories. 3 Cups Popped is 93 calories...

Now... The problem with air popped is that it doesn't hold salt and tastes incredibly bland...

Most reach for spray butter (fantastic for veggies, or a baked potato but bleh, it saturates the popcorn, ick!) Or they go out and get Molly McButter and the problem you have there is that the McButter just SLIDES through the popcorn and settles at the bottom... I tried to make salt and vinegar popcorn by using balsamic vinegar and salt but that made me want to PUKE!!!

But now I have found popcorn salvation!

It's name is Butter Flavored Pam!

That's right, you air pop and spray the butter flavored pam - be gentle, then shake it up, and repeat, ONE second (that'd specifically be ... “the duration of 9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the caesium 133 atom.”) or A NICE AMOUNT OF FLAVOR is only SEVEN CALORIES, that's no mistake... so FIVE SECONDS of spray is 35 calories.

If you spray the popcorn hot, for 5 seconds or less with your Pam after you air pop it, you'll know the deliciousness of this 128 calorie snack. Now, is it movie theater popcorn, no, but it still is very satisfying, especially if you want a guilt free buttery, crunchy, salty snack!

Happy Crunching!

Thanks for the low calorie snack tip!
I tried the Chik patties, and they're really good! For me, it really helps to try new foods, because I get bored with the same thing day after day. You all have helped me soooooo much with all your daily postings. Thanks a million!!!!
