Okay okay okay....I got the picture and didnt get the words...some day I will get both...but let me tell you about Sunflowers......

..... what do they have to do with good health...we for me ...silly as it may seem ...they make me smile....big ones...little ones...yellow bee filled ones....they just make me smile .....and they also give me hope .....I know what I need to do...I know that I can do it....I just need to get off of my duff and get to work....so Chris / Katie ...watch out.....mom is getting focused.....I just need and anchor and sunflowers will be mine...now to get dad on board..hmmmmmmmm...
thanks Chris for the posting lesson...now is I can get my act together this can get interesting.....can I go to the spa too if I lose 15 lbs.....sigh.....I am jealous ...
